كدمات الجسم شائعة الحدوث عند العديد من الاشخاص ولكن ماهو علاجها وكذلك ماهي أسباب ظهور كدمات الجسم ؟ فقد يتفاجئ الشخص عند الاستيقاظ من النوم بظهور كدمات مفاجئة في إحدي الذراعين أو الساقين ، فهل يعني ذلك أن الشخص يعاني من حالة طبية خطيرة ؟ في الحقيقة توجد العديد من الأسباب والعوامل التي تُسبب ظهور الكدمات بشكل مفاجئ على الجسم وهذا ما سنعرفه اليوم وكذلك مع طرق علاج الكدمات بشكل سريع وأمن .

أسباب ظهور كدمات الجسم فجأة دون سبب :

تظهر الكدمات في صورة تجمع دموي تحت الجلد نتيجة لتكسر الشعيرات الدموية نتيجة لإصابة معينة يتسرب الدم من الشعيرات الدموية للأنسجة المجاوره ، وقد تختفي الكدمات من تلقاء نفسها وفي الكثير من الأوقات لا تكون الاسباب خطيرة .

١- نقص الفيتامينات : يؤدي نقص فيتامينات معينة إلى ظهور الكدمات فجأة كفيتامين K وفيتامين B12 وفيتامين C وحمض الفوليك  .

٢- تناول بعض أنواع الأدوية و المكملات الغذائية : الأدوية المضادة للتخلط والمضادة للالتهابات تُقلل من قدرة الدم على التجلط وقد يؤدي ذلك إلى تسرب الدم إلى الأوعية الدموية وتراكمه تحت الجلد ، وبعض المكملات الغذائية مثل زيت السمك والثوم و الجينسج  تُسبب ظهور الكدمات على الجلد .

٣- اضطرابات النزيف أو تجلط الدم : تتسبب العديد من الاضطرابات في تجلط الدم ببطء أو عدم تجلطه مما قد يُسبب ظهور الكدمات .

٤- التهاب الأوعية الدموية : يتسبب التهاب الأوعية الدموية في ظهور الكدمات بشكل مفاجئ .

٥- التقدم في العمر : مع التقدم في العمر يصبح الجلد أكثر رقة ويفقد جزءاً من الطبقة الدهنية الواقية التي تساعد على حماية الأوعية الدموية من الإصابة مما يُسبب ظهور الكدمات .

٦- التاريخ العائلي : قد يكون التاريخ العائلي لظهور الكدمات سبب رئيسي لظهور الكدمات مفجأة على جسمك .

علاج كدمات الجسم

١- علاج كدمات الجسم بالخل :

يزيد الخل المُخفف بالماء من تدفق الدم ويساعد في عملية الشفاء ، ووضع لخليط على الكدمات يُحرك الدم ويمنع بقع الدم .

  • اخلط بضع قطرات من الخل الابيض أو خل التفاح مع ثلث كوب ماء دافئ .
  • ضع الخليط على الكدمات ودلكه برفق ، كررها مرتين في اليوم .

٢- ملح الإبسوم لعلاج كدمات الجسم :

يساعد ملح الإبسوم على استرخاء العضلات و التقليل من التورم والكدمات  .

  • اخلط نصف كوب من ملح الإبسوم في ماء ساخن وضع قطنة بها واعصرها ومررها على الكدمات .
  • كررها 4 مرات يومياً

٣- معجون الأسنان لعلاج كدمات الجسم :

يساعد معجون الأسنان في تفتيت الجلطة وزيادة تدفق الدم إلى منطقة الكدمة مما يُخفف منها ومن التورم .

  • ضع كمية مناسبة من معجون الأسنان على اكدمة وغطيها بضمادة واتركها طوال الليل واغسلها في الصباح بالماء .
  • كرر هذا العلاج كل ليلة لمدة 3 أيام .

٤- علاج كدمات الجسم بالبقدونس :

يُقلل البقدونس من الالتهاب و الألم و يُقلل من لون الكدمة .

  • اهرس أوراق البقدونس وضعها على منطقة الكدمة و لفها بضمادة مرنة واتركها لمدة 8 دقائق .
  • يجب تطبيقه بانتظام حتى يعود الجلد إلى درجة حرارته ولونه الطبيعين .
